Oversee the entire project installation and commissioning. Installation of Medical/ Industrial Gas Pipeline systems and all projects under the scope of the MGPS Department Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects timelines and budgets are met. Provide technical support and guidance to site engineers and/ or vendors. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design specifications and industry standards. Supervises and follows up on all documentation related to the project. Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation and reports. Provide as build information. Ensure gangs are working correctly, implement and maintain permit to work and other relevant permits (if Applicable) Responsible for the Health and Safety matter on Site. Assist to maintain or improve project schedule. Responsible for daily report to project Engineer.
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.) Check computer hardware (HDD, SSD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems Understand and operate the Odoo software. Provide the Odoo software orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.) Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Develop and maintain a filing system. Submit and reconcile expense reports. Prepare and monitor Quotations, invoices. Develop administrative staff by providing information Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Organize travel arrangements for senior managers. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Lead coordination and execution of vinyl sheet/LVT installations across hospital areas (e.g., wards, corridors, labs, operating rooms), ensuring infection-control standards and safety protocols are followed Supervise subfloor assessment, moisture testing, leveling (using self-level compounds), smoothing, and crack repair to ensure surface readiness Develop layout plans, alignment lines, seam positions; oversee double‑cut seams and cold‑welding of adjoining sheets for seamless waterproof finish Enforce rigorous site hygiene: dust control, space sealing, limiting odor/VOC emissions, and protecting hospital operations during installation (e.g., after-hours work) Manage material approvals, batch tracking, storage onsite in controlled environment, and ensure adhesives/seaming products meet low‑VOC and infection control criteria Coordinate with hospital management, nursing services, MEP teams, and contractors to schedule work, evacuate patient rooms as needed, and maintain confidentiality/privacy Monitor field crews to maintain high workmanship standards, safety compliance, and patient‑sensitive behavior Inspect finished work—ensure edge gaps for expansion, alignment, adhesion integrity, clean joints, and complete cleaning/vacuuming after installation Troubleshoot issues such as moisture-related failures, leveling inconsistencies, adhesive curing delays; coordinate remediation solutions proactively Produce daily/weekly site reports, track progress, manage material inventory, and ensure CMP (corrective measures) as required. Ensure compliance with applicable civil/structural, health & safety, and building regulation standards relevant to healthcare installations.
