An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Entry daily cash in and out expenses with software and check closing cash balance with software and cashier.
  •  Entry daily bank in and out expenses with software and check closing bank balance with software and bank statement.
  • Entry journal for advance claim into software.
  • Entry month end journal such as fixed assets depreciation, salary, prepaid internet bill, prepaid meter bill, fixed assets disposal, income tax, bad debt written off.
  • Check journal for MDL branch monthly expenses with software and check closing cash balance with MDL pretty cash and software.
  • Transfer ibanking for Expenses (AYA, KBZ, CB & UAB).
  • Entry to local purchase and payment settlement to software.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by HOD.
  • Following the SOP and internal regulation.

Job Requirements

  1. Education level             - Any Graduate and LCCI Level III
  2. Experience level           - 5 years’ experience in related field.
  3. Preferred Age               - under 30
  4. Computer Skill level     - Window Application (Excel, Advance Excel, Accounting Software can use)
