The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations while supporting the MD in achieving business growth, operational excellence, and organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Act as a key operational support to the Managing Director in managing overall business operations. Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, fleet, warehousing, and distribution. Handle daily procurement requests from fleet, warehouse, operations, and office teams. Source suppliers and collect quotations for required goods and services. Prepare quotation comparisons and purchase recommendations. Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and service conditions. Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper approval before purchasing. Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Purchase fleet-related items such as spare parts, tires, batteries, lubricants, tools, and maintenance supplies. Coordinate with fleet team for urgent vehicle repair and maintenance requirements. Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization, maximize revenue trips, and minimize idle time.
