• Support the Head of Finance in managing overall Finance & Accounting operations
• Supervise daily financial transactions, accounting activities, and month-end closing
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial reports, and financial analysis
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash flow, and collections
• Review revenue, cost, expense, and profitability by business activities/projects
• Monitor logistics-related costing, operational expenses, and cost control
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure proper financial controls, documentation, and compliance with company policies
• Review accounting records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Fleet, Sales/BD, Procurement, and other departments on financial matters
• Support internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors when required
• Monitor tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements in coordination with relevant teams
• Identify financial risks and recommend practical solutions to management
• Lead, guide, and develop Finance team members
• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Head of Finance / Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA / CPA  is highly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Trading, Transportation, or a related industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, cash flow, AR/AP, and internal controls
• Good understanding of Myanmar tax and statutory requirements
