A Big Opportunity for You! Manage and oversee HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, and selection processes. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational structure. Manage employee onboarding, performance appraisal, training, and development. Oversee attendance, leave, overtime, payroll coordination, employee records, and employment contracts. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations. Conduct regular warehouse visits to monitor employee discipline, attendance, PPE, and workplace safety compliance. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Manage office administration, facilities, company assets, rental agreements, and administrative budgets. Prepare regular HR & Admin reports and provide recommendations to Management.
