Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Provide accurate and timely financial information to the management team and other stakeholders Implement and maintain cost accounting systems to track and analyze various costs related to inventory, logistics, and distribution Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to improve profitability Perform bank reconciliation and liaising with bank for receipt of funds Oversee the inventory control process, ensuring accurate tracking of materials, and proper valuation of inventory Regularly conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies Supervise the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Ensure timely payment of vendors and follow up on outstanding customer payments Prepare and submit tax returns accurately and on time Coordinate with external auditors during the annual financial audit and assist in providing necessary documentation and explanations Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support
