Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organization Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments Maintain and prepare receipts and records for the business transactions Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and all supplier, customer payments. Monitor Local law related finance process and daily exchange rate. Monitor and check all of the Costs, Expense and stock and fix assets. Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibilities Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments Make sure Monthly and yearly Profit and lost and financial statement and report to senior management team. Cooperate with procurement team for all of purchasing process, expense, payments. Communicate with Head of Finance team for all of finance and account process. Make sure to communicate with External Financial audit team to implement financial and accounting process. Corporate with Government team to apply Tax process and yearly financial report. Ensure to investigate local update law and report to management team for update process. Make sure to control expense and treasury management. Make sure to check all of invoice for payments. And analyze to improve finance procedure. Ensure to arrange bookkeeping, AP, AR and auditing process.
Arrange and lead Manufacturing team to achieve productivity and KPI. Planning and organizing production workflow, schedules and plan for daily/weekly/monthly objectives. Check and analyze the production output according to specifications. To Prepare and review of Manufacturing team daily/weekly/ Monthly report. Set up department objectives/KPIs and review and assess. To implement as a Line Manager Guide line for SOP, Procedures, Policy, flowchart, JD & Reports of Qualifications and Validations. Assign task and follow up the progress of the production team to make sure that operate correctly according to the procedures and specific work instruction. Manage operation staff to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets. Monitor production standards and implement quality-control programs based on daily production report. Conduct daily safety checks and complete the checklist reports. Coordination with Engineer with respect to preventive and breakdown maintenance. To lead and arrange GMP, CIP, COP and PM for quality as per line Manager instruction. To create the CIP, COP and PM plan and then report to Line Manager. Analyze quality trouble and take preventive measures for the same trouble. Calculate and issue daily raw materials, Finish Goods and chemical with checklist records. Manage and review employee working productivity, skills, quality and performance. To arrange the hard/soft skills training to employee to meet the targets and grow up performance. To evaluate employee performance monthly, quarterly and then report to line Manager and share result to HR team. Arrange and lead Manufacturing team to achieve productivity and KPI. Conduct daily safety checks and complete the checklist reports. Keep record the machine downtime and reports to Line Manager. Review and keep the all-machine activities, Productivity, quality with checklist as a standard. To implement the practice ISO, SGP, GMP, FSSC, 5s, HACCP and WCM etc for manufacturing department. Check the order list before operation running process. Manage and guide to department employee to follow company policy, Procedure, Rules and Regulation and instruction. Conduct meeting with production members to share line information.
Ability to priorities and work well under pressure. Strong knowledge of Myanmar Factory Art, policy, procedure and rules. Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
