Responsible for assisting the Office Manager at the training centre branch in Myanmar (subsidiary of the Singapore office) Handle marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and social media (Facebook & Tik Tok) presence Assist with office administrative and operational matters Provide excellent customer service and attend to enquiries through various channels (phone calls, social media messages etc) Assisting Office Manager to increase trainee join rate for the training centre’s course
Deliver home cleaning training program at classroom and real-life house settings, both theory and practical Ensure students pick up the required skills and aptitude to uphold top professional standards Follow SOP to assess and grade trainees objectively to ensure trainees are of good standard Identify strength and weakness and advise accordingly to bring out the best for individual students Prepare students to ensure that the right candidates pass Singapore job interview Update student data, monitor stocks of cleaning related items, recoding and uploading of videos, etc. Liaise with external parties to purchase necessary course related items Any other duties as required
- Must be proactive, resourceful and able to provide excellent customer service - Must be fluent in conversational and written Burmese - Must be proficient in computer usage, MS office (word, excel, outlook) and online tools (google drive, WhatsApp, etc) - Must be proficient in using Social Media apps eg. Facebook, Tik Tok, etc. - Must have minimum 2 years of customer service experience - Must like communicating with many people from different background - Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
