Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Responsible for assisting the Office Manager at the training centre branch in Myanmar (subsidiary of the Singapore office)
  • Handle marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and social media (Facebook & Tik Tok) presence
  • Assist with office administrative and operational matters
  • Provide excellent customer service and attend to enquiries through various channels (phone calls, social media messages etc)
  • Assisting Office Manager to increase trainee join rate for the training centre’s course

Job Requirements

  • Must be proactive, driven, resourceful and entrepreneurial
  • Must be fluent in conversational and written English and Burmese
  • Must be proficient in computer usage, MS office (word, excel, outlook) and online tools (google drive, WhatsApp, etc)
  • Must be proficient in posting of Social Media apps eg. Facebook, Tik Tok, Canvas and Capcut, etc.
  • Preferred candidates with minimum 1 year of marketing experience
  • Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Must like communicating with many people from different background
