Job Summary The EV Vehicle Testing Technician is responsible for conducting inspections and functional tests on electric vehicles to ensure vehicle performance, safety, reliability, and quality meet company standards and technical requirements. Perform systematic checks of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Test vehicle all functions systems Perform static and dynamic vehicle tests according to approved testing procedures. Check EV battery-related systems and vehicle electrical connections. Monitor battery status, charging performance, and relevant warning indicators. Conduct basic diagnostic checks using appropriate diagnostic tools. Follow all required safety procedures when working around high-voltage EV systems. Identify and document vehicle defects and abnormalities. Coordinate with Assembly and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve defects. Re-test vehicles after corrective actions have been completed. Prepare daily testing reports and defect reports. Ensure all testing documentation is complete and properly maintained. Follow approved testing procedures and workplace safety regulations.
Job Summary The Assembly Engineer is responsible for managing and improving EV vehicle assembly processes to ensure vehicles are assembled safely, efficiently, and according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Supervise and support the assembly of EV vehicles according to technical drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Monitor assembly processes for mechanical, electrical, and EV-specific components. Ensure correct installation and fitting of vehicle components, wiring, connectors, battery-related components, motors, controllers, and other systems. Support production teams in resolving assembly-related technical problems. Identify and troubleshoot assembly defects and technical issues during production. Coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain assembly records, technical reports, defect reports, and production documentation. Prepare daily/weekly reports on assembly performance and technical issues. Document troubleshooting activities and corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of engineering changes and process improvements. Work closely with Production, Quality Control, Testing, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D/Technical teams.
