What we do

Icicle Group of Companies was established in 1990 and Aha Drinking Water was first in year 2000. We were able to distribute the market as a product. Dragon Pure Liquor was distributed again in year 2001 and War Horse (Rice Liquor) in year 2020 and War Horse Rum Tonic was distributed in year 2021. We have been focusing on the quality of food products with everyone affordable price to consumers.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day branch sales operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient route planning. • Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch sales team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Monitor market activities, competitor movements, outlet performance, and overall product visibility in assigned territories. • Conduct regular and surprise route checks to ensure proper route execution, customer coverage, and adherence to company guidelines. • Manage stock issuance, daily/weekly collections, and verify that all sales invoices, returns, and credit sales are accurately recorded. • Prepare, review, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch sales reports to Head Office in a timely manner. • Coordinate closely with Head Office departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, HR) for operational support, promotions, stock allocation, and reporting matters. • Ensure branch compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors, and local partners. • Identify operational challenges, resolve issues immediately, and implement improvements to enhance branch performance.
• Handle incoming inquiries from phone calls and social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). • Respond to customer questions, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Record customer interactions and update information accurately using CRM tools. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution. • Monitor social media pages, manage messages, comments, and insights. • Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports. • Support CSR events, promotions, and monthly customer engagement activities. • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & CSR teams to enhance customer experience.
