Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Identifying opportunities for new product development, such as improving existing products or creating new products based on market trends
- Developing promotions and advertising campaigns in conjunction with the brand department to promote products in the marketplace
- Monitoring competitors’ activities in order to identify new products or marketing strategies that may affect sales of the company’s products
- Coordinating with the related department to develop new products that meet customer needs while still increasing revenue for the company
- Conducting focus groups, surveys, or other research to understand consumers’ needs and preferences
- Manage a team of branding people working on brand initiatives
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Reviewing financial reports and industry trends to recommend strategies that increase profitability of the business
- Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Manage the business by planning and executing campaigns and promotions.
- Oversee regular business reporting, such as the Brand Dashboard, Market Report, Market Share Analysis, Quarterly Relations Report.
- Managing budgets, staff, and operations to meet sales goals and increase brand awareness
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Participations events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.

Job Requirements

- Any bachelor degree and diploma in marketing 
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a marketing preferably within FMCG Industry
- Proficiency computer literate preferable with Microsoft 365.
- Exceptional time management, team management, and high efficiency with vendor management skill

- Having driving licence
