Financial Reporting & Analysis Produce accurate and timely financial reports and statements to provide insights into the organization’s financial status. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports for review by top management. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure data accuracy by reviewing reconciliations and accounting entries prior to reporting. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements Ensure all financial practices comply with statutory regulations, accounting standards (IAS/ IFRS) and internal policies. Oversee accurate and timely tax filings and enhance compliance with financial regulations. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorizes and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth audits and inspections. Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Risk Management & Internal Controls Identify, assess and manage financial risks to safeguard the organization’s assets. Develop and implement effective internal control systems to ensure data integrity and prevent fraud. Strategic Support & Collaboration Provide valuable financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and contribute to achieve organizational goals. • Oversee and manage day-to-day branch sales operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient route planning. • Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch sales team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Monitor market activities, competitor movements, outlet performance, and overall product visibility in assigned territories. • Conduct regular and surprise route checks to ensure proper route execution, customer coverage, and adherence to company guidelines. • Manage stock issuance, daily/weekly collections, and verify that all sales invoices, returns, and credit sales are accurately recorded. • Prepare, review, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch sales reports to Head Office in a timely manner. • Coordinate closely with Head Office departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, HR) for operational support, promotions, stock allocation, and reporting matters. • Ensure branch compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors, and local partners. • Identify operational challenges, resolve issues immediately, and implement improvements to enhance branch performance.
• Handle incoming inquiries from phone calls and social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). • Respond to customer questions, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Record customer interactions and update information accurately using CRM tools. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution. • Monitor social media pages, manage messages, comments, and insights. • Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports. • Support CSR events, promotions, and monthly customer engagement activities. • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & CSR teams to enhance customer experience.
