The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining the supply chain, optimizing warehouse and fleet management, and ensuring that all operations comply with industry regulations while maintaining peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily business operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure seamless workflow. Monitor inventory levels to balance stock availability with market demand, minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory. Oversee the delivery fleet and route planning to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution to wholesalers and retailers across various regions. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks. Ensure all operations strictly adhere to Myanmar’s excise laws, liquor licensing requirements, and safety regulations. Monitor and manage operational budgets, focusing on reducing waste, logistics costs, and warehouse overheads. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the operations team (Warehouse, Logistics, and Administration) to foster a high-performance culture. Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on operational KPIs, inventory accuracy, and logistics performance for the Senior Management.

Plan and execute all web, email, social media (to include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Signal, Viber) and work in unison with the Head of Sale and Marketing to manage the coordination of all digital campaigns. Contribute and then oversee the social media strategy for ICICLE products development and management of engaging content, which will be evidenced in the weekly & monthly reporting of all activity. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and budgetary control of all digital marketing activity, in conjunction with the wider Marketing Team. Coordinate and take responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activity, in conjunction whit the Head of Marketing. Measure and report performance of all digital campaign and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Including financial reporting of campaign spend against budgets. Identify trends and insights, optimizing campaign spend and performance based on the insights. An innate grasp of commercial value ability to measure the success or failure of a project. A dedication to the discovery and utilization of the latest tools & techniques in digital marketing.
Handle day-to-day Accounts Receivable transactions and posting in Odoo ERP. Review and verify sales invoices, deductions (rebate, commission, promotion), and customer collections. Prepare and update AR schedules, customer statements, and collection reports. Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers for timely payments. Assist in reconciling AR balances with Sales and Credit Control teams. Review and confirm accuracy of customer account data and payment entries. Support the month-end closing process and assist in preparing AR aging reports. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve collection or billing issues. Suggest improvements in AR documentation and collection procedures.
