Job Summary Experienced National Marketing & Sales Manager to drive sales growth for a medical trading and distribution business in Yangon. This role will lead market expansion, strengthen key customer relationships, and support revenue targets across Myanmar. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute national sales plans to achieve revenue, growth, and market share targets. Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to ensure strong performance and territory coverage. Build long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key medical partners. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate terms, and close strategic sales deals. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide sales strategy. Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and service. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
Monitors the day to day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, and other transactions Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with local tax regulations Prepare and submit timely monthly, quartely and annual financical statements in compliance with local accounting standards and regulations coordinating with external auditors during annual audits Monitor cash flow and financial performance, analyzing revenue and expenditure trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management Complete year end closing activities, ensuring all fianancial records are accurate and ready for audit
