  • Assist in preparing and monitoring office budgets and expense reports.
  • Process invoices, track payments, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance teams for reconciliation and reporting.
  • Compile departmental reports and submit to MD.
  • Calculation of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Calculating percentages of sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, licenses, and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a degree.
  • Preference will be given to those with MBA / BBM / B.Com / BBA / DBA degrees.
  • Must be between (30) and (45) years of age.
  • Must be proficient in using computer office applications.
  • Must be proficient in English and able to communicate well internationally.
  • Must have worked in a management position in a company for 5 years or more.
  • Must be able to travel to other cities.
