- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism while upholding the company’s premium service standards & informations. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on lounge facilities, flight details, airport services, and passenger assistance. Oversee lounge operations including seating arrangements, food and beverage replenishment, and overall cleanliness. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, complaints, and lost property matters tactfully, coordinating with security and ground handling teams as required. Accurately record guest and passenger usage data for daily reporting and coordinate with airline representatives, ground handling, and security teams regarding passenger movements when necessary. Maintain a calm, courteous demeanor during peak periods, ensure proper documentation, and keep accurate records in compliance with company policies.
