  • Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism while upholding the company’s premium service standards & informations.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on lounge facilities, flight details, airport services, and passenger   assistance. 
  • Oversee lounge operations including seating arrangements, food and beverage replenishment, and overall cleanliness.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, complaints, and lost property matters tactfully, coordinating with security and ground handling teams as required.
  • Accurately record guest and passenger usage data for daily reporting and coordinate with airline representatives,   ground handling, and security teams regarding passenger movements when necessary.
  • Maintain a calm, courteous demeanor during peak periods, ensure proper documentation, and keep accurate records in compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements

-

  • Matriculation Examination Pass or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
  •  Prior experience in a hotel front office, airline ground service, or lounge environment is preferred.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong passion for customer service.
  •  Proficient in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
