Manage daily marketing activities across Brand Activation, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Creative, and Admin, fostering a skilled team and optimizing budget for maximum ROI. Drive brand consistency across all channels, advertising, packaging, digital platforms, and events by leading the development and implementation of unified brand standards. Oversee brand health and positioning by guiding strategic initiatives that strengthen brand equity, refine communication guidelines, and elevate customer perception. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. Oversee high-impact initiatives such as product launches, consumer roadshows, and brand activations, while ensuring timely coordination through effective marketing calendar management. Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to drive strategic marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities. Monitor campaign performance through KPIs and ROI metrics, using data dashboards and market research to optimize results and recommend strategic improvements.
