  • Support the Head of Marketing in developing brand activation strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives and brand vision
  • Implement brand activation campaigns that increase consumer touchpoints and brand visibility through events, roadshows, in-store activations, and experiential marketing.
  • Manage the budget for multiple brand activations, ensuring each initiative is executed within financial constraints while delivering maximum impact.
  • Ensure resource management is optimized for cost-effectiveness and efficiency across all brand activations
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the junior marketing team, including marketing supervisors, specialists, merchandisers, promoters, and marketing associates
  • Assign daily tasks, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Oversee the execution of offline campaigns, product launches, in-store activations, and promotional events in coordination with other marketing functions.
  • Manage and execute event-based activations, ensuring they reflect brand positioning and deliver a memorable experience for consumers.
  • Collaborate with the creative, digital, and brand teams to ensure brand consistency in activation activities

Job Requirements

  • Male or Female
  • Any graduated
  • Diploma in Marketing Management or Brand Management, MBA is more preferable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or field marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing budget and resources for multiple brand activation projects.
  • Expert knowledge about marketing, branding and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior team members.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong budgeting skills with experience in cost-effective resource management.
  • Knowledge of event planning, merchandising, and retail activation best practices
