Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection and placement Assist in preparing job posts in accordance with the requirements specified for the positions needed. Effectively and efficiently utilizing internal and external resources to ensure that the right person is selected and placed for the vacant position within the organization, and to help obtain a specified number of CVs. Maintain HR records employee personal files and other recruitment data Employee attendance record and salary calculation Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information. General knowledge and required legal knowledge according to labor law and rules of SSB, EC contract & Income Tax Responsible for daily HRD Operations processes. Organize Team Building, Employee Commemorative Events and Employee Welfare and Bereavement. Develop training programs (Internal/ External), collect training feedback, training evaluation and monitor training effectiveness. Provide orientation and introduction to the workplace to new employees. Keep the HRIS system up to date and submit monthly HR Reports (Turnover, Attendance, Training rates). Assist in Performance Appraisal processes using Success Factor Software.
