As our Customer Insights Manager, you will: Lead YOMA F&B’s customer and market understanding through data-driven insights, research, and analytics; specifically for KFC Myanmar & YKKO. Provide strategic recommendations that influence product development, menu optimization, pricing, communication, brand positioning, and overall customer experience for relevant brand teams & management. This role will directly report to Head of Marketing; YOMA F&B. A. Consumer & Market Research • Develop annual research roadmap (brand health, customer satisfaction, product testing, etc.). • Conduct and manage qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behaviors. • Work with external research agencies when needed. • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and category shifts. B. Data Analytics & Reporting • Manage & Analyze sales data, transaction patterns, and digital analytics. • Provide actionable insights for menu planning, promotions, pricing, and operational improvements. • Build and maintain dashboards for key metrics (customer satisfaction scores, repeat rate, NPS, etc.). • Prepare insights reports for senior leadership. C. Customer Experience Insights • Conduct customer journey mapping across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. • Identify pain-points and recommend improvement opportunities. • Support the Retail Marketing & Operations team with insight for store experience improvements. D. Collaboration • Work closely with Food Innovation, Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Corporate Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to inform strategies. • Provide insights to support new product development and menu optimization. E. Strategic Advisory • Present monthly insight updates and strategic recommendations directly to the Head of Marketing & related leadership members.
As Our Project Control Manager, you will: We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead cost, budget, and commercial controls for multi brand F&B new builds and remodel projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved scope and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Establish project control governance, cost control processes, and reporting standards. • Develop and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost plans. • Support tendering, bid evaluation, contract awards, and procurement activities. • Lead change management, variation control, and cost impact assessments. • Monitor project costs, schedules, risks, and forecast project outcomes. • Review and certify contractor claims, payments, and final accounts. • Prepare management reports including budget performance, variance analysis, and EAC forecasts. • Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project Teams to ensure project readiness and successful delivery. • Lead project commercial close-out and continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage, coach, and develop the Project Control Team.
Participate in project design brief meetings and propose improvements where necessary. Evaluate potential technical issues and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks. Manage project schedules, timelines, and information to ensure smooth project execution. Identify and implement solutions to reduce risks during the project execution phase. Coordinate ongoing projects and collaborate with team members to keep workflows on track. Ensure procurement activities and project materials are delivered according to schedule. Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and records. Prepare and review meeting minutes, reports, and project correspondence. Communicates with the Operations team to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Support defect verification, project handover, and liability assessment processes. Monitor project expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines. Facilitate effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.
BRINGING IT TO THE ROLE As Our QS Manager, you will: We are Seeking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead end-to-end commercial and cost management for multi-brand F&B projects, including new builds, remodels, and refreshes. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare project budgets, cost plans, estimates, and cash flow forecasts. Manage tendering processes, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards. Lead contract administration, change management, variations, claims, and cost control. Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasts, and progress against budget and schedule. Review and certify contractor payments, valuations, and final accounts. Develop supplier frameworks, rate cards, and vendor performance management programs. Provide management reports, CAPEX analysis, and executive dashboards. Collaborate with Development, Design, Operations, Finance, Procurement, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. Lead, coach, and develop the Quantity Surveying team while maintaining commercial governance and compliance.
