As B2B Sales Associate, your responsibility is to grow the B2B channel and meet business and sales targets. You work within the B2B sales team to develop M-Kitchen. You report to the M-Kitchen B2B Sales Manager. Manage the existing B2B clients portfolio and identify new clients. Convert your clients into long term clients with regular orders. Monitor your market price and make regular market price surveys. Identify new sales opportunities on the market (products, promotions, services). Monitor and analyse KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

As Corporate Sales Manager, your responsibility is to grow the Corporate channel and meet business and sales targets. You lead the Corporate sales team to develop M-Kitchen. You report to the M-Kitchen Head of Department. Manage the existing Corporate clients portfolio and identify new clients. Convert your clients into long term clients with regular orders. Monitor your market price and make regular market price surveys. Identify new sales opportunities on the market (products, promotions, services). Provide sales forecast for Corporate channel. Monitor and analyse KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of team members. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and motivation.
