Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Order Fulfillment

    • Perform picking and packing of customer orders accurately and efficiently

    • Prepare items for dispatch according to delivery schedules

    • Ensure proper labeling and packaging

  • Inventory Management

    • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels

    • Conduct regular stock counting and reconciliation

    • Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies

  • Purchase Order Management

    • Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) for product replenishment

    • Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules

    • Ensure stock availability for sales orders

  • Warehouse Operations

    • Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficient storage

    • Ensure proper product handling and storage conditions

    • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety

  • Delivery Coordination

    • Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team for daily dispatch

    • Prepare delivery documentation

    • Ensure orders are ready on time for delivery

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations

  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and order fulfillment

  • Familiar with Excel or inventory systems

  • Able to perform hands-on warehouse work (pick, pack, organize stock)

  • Detail-oriented and responsible

  • Good coordination and communication skills
