Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital’s mission, vision, and JCI standards. Advise senior leadership on human capital management and workforce planning. Lead HR audits and preparation for JCI and local labor inspections. 2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Oversee recruitment processes to ensure timely and qualified hires. Ensure structured onboarding programs that meet JCI guidelines for staff orientation and credentialing. Coordinate with department heads to assess manpower needs. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Promote a positive work environment that supports hospital values and patient safety culture. Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and in a timely manner. Organize engagement programs, recognition events, and feedback surveys. 4. Training & Development Coordinate training programs based on competency gaps, job requirements, and JCI accreditation needs. Maintain staff training records and monitor compliance with mandatory clinical and non-clinical education. Support continuing professional development (CPD) for all hospital departments. 5. Policy & Compliance Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and JCI standards. Monitor HR documentation such as contracts, licenses, appraisals, and employee files for completeness and accuracy. Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and fair employment practices. 6. Compensation & Benefits Manage payroll in coordination with Finance and ensure timely and accurate salary processing. Administer employee benefits, insurance, leave entitlements, and welfare programs. Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures. 7. HR Data & Reporting Maintain Innovix HR systems and generate regular HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, training hours, etc.). Provide monthly workforce metrics to management and for accreditation purposes.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development. Lead HR integration across multiple hospitals and clinics within the group. 2. Compliance & JCI Accreditation Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and records comply with national labor laws, healthcare regulations, and JCI accreditation standards. Coordinate HR support for JCI audits and maintain staff credentialing, orientation, and performance review documentation as required. Lead the implementation of HR best practices related to JCI standards, especially around staff qualifications, training, and performance appraisal. 3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals and administrative staff. Collaborate with medical directors and department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage workforce planning. 4. Training & Development Design and deliver staff training programs, including mandatory JCI-related modules (e.g., infection control, patient safety, confidentiality). Oversee orientation and onboarding programs that meet JCI guidelines. Promote continuous professional development for all levels of staff. 5. Performance Management Lead the implementation of performance appraisal systems that align with hospital values and JCI expectations. Monitor staff performance trends and support line managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs). 6. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive work culture focused on ethics, diversity, inclusion, and staff well-being. Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures fairly and consistently. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement feedback mechanisms. 7. HR Operations & Administration Standardize HR operations across all facilities, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and personnel files. Maintain accurate employee records, including licenses, certifications, and continuing education documentation as required by JCI. 8. Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor HR teams across different hospital sites. Ensure consistent HR practices and service delivery through training, guidance, and performance monitoring of HR staff.
