Manage daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, facilities, housekeeping, security, and patient services. Ensure smooth patient flow, bed management, discharge processes, and turnaround times. Coordinate with clinical teams to support efficient and safe patient care delivery. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., NABH / JCI / Joint Commission), and internal policies. Monitor patient safety, infection control, and quality indicators. Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expense optimization. Monitor operational KPIs such as length of stay, occupancy rate, resource utilization, and turnaround time. Oversee procurement, inventory management, and vendor performance. Lead and supervise departmental heads and operational staff. Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across departments. Oversee hospital infrastructure, safety systems, and emergency preparedness.
Oversee daily hospital operations including clinical support services, facilities, supply chain, patient flow, and non-clinical departments. Ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet patient care, safety, and financial objectives. Collaborate with the Group CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute hospital strategy. Partner with medical staff, nursing leadership, and department heads to improve quality of care and patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission), and hospital policies. Support budget planning, cost control, and operational financial performance. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. Support adoption of healthcare technologies, EMR optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
