  • Oversee daily hospital operations including clinical support services, facilities, supply chain, patient flow, and non-clinical departments.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet patient care, safety, and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Group CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute hospital strategy.
  • Partner with medical staff, nursing leadership, and department heads to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission), and hospital policies.
  • Support budget planning, cost control, and operational financial performance.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Support adoption of healthcare technologies, EMR optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field (required).

    Clinical or additional advanced degree (preferred).

  • 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
  • Prior experience in a senior leadership role (COO, VP Operations, Hospital Administrator, or equivalent).
  • Strong background in acute care hospital operations preferred.
  • Deep understanding of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational analytics capability.
  • Ability to work effectively with physicians, clinicians, board members, and regulators.
