1. Job Purpose The role of the Customer Service Specialist will be to assist the Customer Service Supervisor in managing Customer Service activities for " The Central" and to provide general support services to the senior management on all Customer Service-related issues. This will include ongoing Customer Service training for all " The Central" Property Management staff as well as any engaged outsource service providers. 2. Job Description Able to understand well on Architectural, Structure & MEP drawings and discuss on finding of discrepancies/ mistake/ constructability issues if any. Able to study, check and comment on shop drawing submitted by contractors. To make plan and schedule for work method & sequence, Able to make plan and arrange for construction related facilities such as site logistic, temporary water & Electrical supply, external scaffold, loading/ unloading platform, tower crane, materials hoist, shoring etc. Responsible to monitor and check each & every step of work, manpower and chase contractor for progress and quality. Responsible to keep proper records for each and every step of construction sequence. To have records for start & completion of every trade/task. To carry out daily site inspection together with third party QC team Responsible to monitor and advice site safety & security matter as well. Responsible to check, reply and keep records for all materials submission by contractors. Able to check and reply for construction method, approval for drawing discrepancies, changes and details.
