Prepare and compile required dossiers, application forms, and supporting documents for drug registration and renewal submissions Maintain proper records of approved products, registration status, and expiry dates. Prepare, update, and maintain regulatory documentation in both hard copy and electronic filing systems. Ensure all regulatory and registration filings are scheduled, tracked, and submitted accurately and on time. Check the validity of Drug Importation Approval Certificates through the online regulatory system. Prepare and submit documents for renewal of Drug Importation Approval Certificates before expiration dates. Assist in obtaining import recommendations for food products/medical devices/ beauty/cosmetic products through the online system.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by Management. Promote and sell company pharmaceutical products to customers, wholesalers, retailers, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals. Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities. Develop strong customer relationships and maintain regular visits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer demands. Submit market feedback and sales reports regularly to Management. Plan route coverage and sales activities effectively. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure timely collection of payments and account reconciliation if required. Follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
