Manage site progress of the whole project team as perthe project schedule to meet the deadline. Able to calculate material demand, Bar Bending Schedule. Report daily progress to Chief Engineer. Site Planning & Scheduling.
Can be controlled Budget and Material Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtainthe best prices and terms Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions. Collaborate with design team and construction team to material quantities and specifications. Measure and value the work done on site. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and another document.
Prepare cost estimate, bill of quantity (B.Q) for M&E works. Prepares M&E budget by studying the drawing, updating specifications, identifying and projecting costs for each elevation Identifying qualified contracts and negotiating price, evaluate contractor’s BOQ and specification. Manage M&E subcontractor accounts including valuations, variations and final accounts. Handling for billing, interim payment certificates of the contractor, change orders and evaluate any cost overruns occurring in the project. Coordinates with project engineer, site engineers and clients to ensure cost efficiency. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Negotiate the best deal for pricing, supply contracts and subcontractor. Travelling from the office to various sites as required
