Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Perform other administrative duties instructed by Management Team.
  • Arrange daily transportation and monitor vehicle repair reports and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Arrange the documentation file for the car license registration & insurance process and other company registration process.
  • To purchase ordered items for all required department to be used convenience.
  • To inquiry price, specification and quality for fixed assets items to know comparison and prepare monthly expenses.
  • Provide general support to all department, such as meter bill, car arrangement and so on.
  • To perform other activities as directed by management.
  • Solving the owner's and customer’s feedback.
  • Manage the government process about the operation and others.
  • Planning meetings between the government and stakeholders.
  • Negotiating the under-table payment during the government process.
  • Attending meetings at the government office as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with government offices and agencies.
  • Collecting the agency data and following up on the operation’s government processes on time.
  • Conduct research and prepare data on government-related matters.
  • Communicating and building relationships with the neighbours during the operation.
  • Deal with the neighbour’s complaints and solve unexpected environmental problems.
  • Submitting and preparing the government process budgeting.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor degree holder.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in related filed.
  • Strong in computer skill (MS Package, Email & internet)
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skill, able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments.
  • Able to work flexible and in an organized manner.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Prefer construction field.
