Lead and oversee the Sales & Marketing Department, Production Department, and Order Delivery Team of 39 LABEL SOLUTION , managing operational requirements and directing all functions to achieve the company's business objectives. Develop, implement, monitor, and review strategic plans to continuously improve the company's annual sales performance and service quality. Communicate and negotiate with overseas vendors and manufacturers of paper rolls, inks, machine spare parts (such as rollers), and other production materials to obtain quotations, compare prices, and collect detailed product specifications. Source and procure high-quality raw materials and spare parts that meet operational requirements, ensuring timely delivery to the warehouse or factory. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), and verify all shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), and Certificates of Origin (COO), ensuring completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with sea freight and air freight logistics providers, as well as customs clearance agents, to facilitate the timely release of imported goods from ports and airports. Manage import licenses, government permits, customs documentation, tax requirements, and all related regulatory compliance in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Collaborate with the Planning and Production teams to monitor inventory levels of raw materials and spare parts, ensuring sufficient stock availability and preventing production shortages through proactive procurement planning. Analyze freight costs, customs duties, and transportation expenses to optimize total landed costs and improve procurement efficiency. Review, analyze, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and targets, and develop strategic business plans to achieve future growth objectives. Delegate responsibilities and assign tasks effectively to department managers and team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic plans. Monitor departmental performance, evaluate progress against established targets, and provide guidance, corrective actions, and operational support where necessary. Supervise daily production operations, review production processes, identify operational issues, and coordinate with production managers to implement corrective actions and process improvements. Ensure that both local and imported raw materials required for daily production are procured and delivered on schedule to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Evaluate employee performance within the 39 LABEL SOLUTION business unit and organize appropriate training, development programs, and recognition initiatives to enhance workforce capability and motivation. Analyze potential customer service risks and implement preventive measures to ensure customer satisfaction, minimize customer loss, and maintain long-term business relationships.
