Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase sales of Label & Sticker Printing services.
Identify and acquire new B2B customers, FMCG companies, and corporate clients while building long-term business relationships.
Lead, guide, and supervise the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and prepare reports to support business growth.
Manage and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns effectively.
Communicate with overseas vendors and manufacturers of paper rolls, ink, and machine spare parts (e.g., rollers) to request quotations, compare prices, and obtain detailed product information.

Job Requirements
Education: MBA in Business Administration or a relevant bachelor's degree.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Experience in the Printing, Packaging, or FMCG industry is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, collaborate with the team, and achieve sales targets.
