The position is for full time. Job Responsibilities Preparing and delivering engaging lessons according to the curriculum provided. Assigning work such as homework, assignments, group work, etc., and assess or corrects the work of students. Monitoring student performance, and adjusting teaching strategies and techniques for improved content delivery. Setting up exams, assessments, and experiments in accordance with curriculum requirements and standards of the state and district. Communicating any student issues to academic teams and other relevant staff members. Creating a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students. Encouraging students to think independently and express ideas. Counselling students and guardians when problems arise. Updating of attendance and assessments result record in timely manner, not later than the set deadlines. Building rapport with students so that they feel comfortable and safe.
