Generating sales invoices to customers in a timely manner in accordance with accounting procedures. Preparing monthly Form 31 for Commercial Tax of revenue invoices. Posting Accounts Receivable and receipt transactions into the accounting software accurately and promptly. Ensuring all transactions are supported with proper documentation and the accuracy of customer invoices and receipt. Assisting in tracking outstanding receivables. Checking the monthly AR aging and assisting in reconciling as needed. Checking bank statements against receivable records. Maintain the Inventory, overviewing the Fixed Assets and Other Asset Stock Taking Maintaining proper filing of AR documents for audit purposes. Liaising with Auditors for AR-related matters. Performing Ad Hoc Assignments and Tasks Assigned by Seniors. Ability to Work Under Pressure. Banking knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation/filing. Receive CVs and verify required documents while maintaining strict confidentiality of personal data. Record and update employee personal data (both soft and hard copies). Support Senior HR personnel in handling employee matters related to compensation and benefits, and ensure proper distribution of rules and regulations. Follow up on employee employment contracts (EC) and maintain required documentation in an organized manner. Operate and manage HR software effectively. Review and accurately record employee attendance, leave, and absences. Assist Senior HR staff in Social Security Board (SSB) processes. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to Senior HR personnel. Handle day-to-day HR operations and maintain positive employee relations. Support Senior staff in managing training enrollment processes for employee development. Collaborate with Senior HR staff to maintain effective teamwork and workflow. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Senior, Manager, or Department Officer.
