Check the students in and out. Remind the students to enter the classrooms, to join the supplementary class, and remind them not to use phones during school hours. When prospective walk-ins come to inquire, ask them to fill out the inquiry form. Greet guests and parents and get the right person to talk with them. Maintain forms and documents needed in the school, eg. student inquiry forms, admission forms, etc. Handle phone calls when the receptionist is unavailable. Hand over the phone call to the right person. Communicate students' matters with their parents, clients, and visitors.
Control and guidance of all Boy students (Hostel Inmates) in the Hostel. Maintain and monitor the discipline of Boy students in the Hostel and Premises. Strictly following the Food timings in the Hostel Canteen. Closely watching the movements of boys students in the Hostel and motivate the students to maintain good discipline. Maintain a good relation with parents. Taking the attendance of students in the hostel. Responsible for the safety and house keeping in the Hostel. Monitoring the Quality of food in the hostel canteen
Ordering office supplies and efficiently distribute and record properly. Filing paperwork for various departments and government relation documents. Actively seeks and implements methods to control admin costs without compromising office safety, quality of admin service provided. Assist to admin manager in maintains office services by organizing office operations policy and procedures; health and safety environment, designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Assist admin manager in school plans, schedule and promote school activities/events/side visit as arranging place, government relation, outsources stakeholder communication and other necessary activities. Maintaining effective communication with staff, students, outside stakeholders and other board members. Organizing travel arrangements as needed. Making presentations to report on whole admin department. Assist to admin manager in all admin duties as per business need
Administer and oversee processes related to student admission, enrollment, and registration. Ensure the accurate, systematic, and confidential maintenance of student records, transcripts, and degree documentation. Coordinate the preparation of academic calendars, course schedules, and timetables in collaboration with academic departments. Supervise the organization of examinations, including question paper management, invigilation, and the compilation of results. Facilitate graduation procedures, encompassing degree verification and the issuance of certificates. Ensure institutional compliance with the University’s academic policies, regulations, and governance frameworks. Provide academic guidance to students regarding regulations, progression, credit transfer, and graduation requirements. Prepare documentation, agendas, and minutes for academic boards, the University Council, and committee meetings. Supervise and guide junior staff to ensure the efficient functioning of the Registrar’s Office. Support academic and institutional collaborations with ISV, partner universities and professional bodies. Coordinate with supporting units, including Information Technology, Library Services, and the Examination Department, to ensure seamless operations.
Provide Strategic leadership and direction for all academic programs (OSSD, GED, IGCSE). Oversee curriculum design, review, and enhancement to maintain global academic standards. Manage faculty recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluation. Supervise admissions, student progress monitoring, and academic advising. Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and program delivery across all levels. Lead stakeholder engagement, including parents, students, partner institutions, and accreditation bodies. Develop academic policies, processes, and reporting systems to support institutional growth. Drive innovation in pedagogy, digital learning and assessment methods. Uphold compliance with international education standards and accreditation requirements.
