We are looking for a responsible and experienced DICA & Tax Compliance Officer to handle company registration, corporate compliance, company closure, and tax-related matters in Myanmar. Key Responsibilities Handle company registration and incorporation Prepare and submit applications and documents through the MyCO system . Handle company changes, including changes of directors, shareholders, registered address, company information, and other corporate matters.. Liaise with DICA, the Internal Revenue Department (IRD), and other relevant government authorities . Handle tax-related administrative matters, including tax filing, tax payments, and submission of required documents to the tax office.
