A Great Opportunity for ...

We are looking for a responsible and experienced DICA & Tax Compliance Officer to handle company registration, corporate compliance, company closure, and tax-related matters in Myanmar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle company registration and incorporation
  • Prepare and submit applications and documents through the MyCO system.
  • Handle company changes, including changes of directors, shareholders, registered address, company information, and other corporate matters..
  • Liaise with DICA, the Internal Revenue Department (IRD), and other relevant government authorities.
  • Handle tax-related administrative matters, including tax filing, tax payments, and submission of required documents to the tax office.

Job Requirements

  • Previous working experience is preferred.
  • Good understanding of Myanmar company registration and tax procedures.
  • Able to prepare and check official documents carefully.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
