Myanmar Survey Research (MSR) is a leading local research firm that offers services in social, market, industrial and environmental research. We are looking for the experienced Researcher for our Marketing Research Team . As Research Executive, you are responsible for the management and coordination of commissioned and potential projects including the necessary liaison with other MSR staff, clients and their representatives. You are expected to provide service to MSR’s (and its clients) as required, from proposal development, project management, analysis, final reporting and results presentation. Key Responsibilities Review Reference for Proposal(s) and Terms of Reference and support to prepare draft proposals Attend meetings with clients / prospects as required and to provide support to the department Head and Management for business development and marketing activities. Produce Draft & Final survey materials (including questionnaires, discussion guides show-cards etc.) and translations in a timely manner and ensure that fieldwork procedures (Sampling, Quality Control reports etc.) are carried out as required. Work closely with project staff (Fieldwork and Data processing), sub-contractors and management to plan and organize work for research projects to projects results are achieved and schedules met. Conduct project briefings, moderate focus group discussions, and conduct In-depth Interviews as required and in accordance with MSR and client specifications. Produce or supervise the translation of focus group discussions, and produce accurate, high-quality transcripts and associated materials within agreed schedule. Analyze research results and produce summary, top-line and draft reports and distribute the reports (after Management approval) to the appropriate internal and external recipients within agreed deadlines. Accurately prepare and complete necessary administrative documents within specified timeframes to ensure compliance and efficient management of internal administrative procedures
