Ensure smooth adoption of digital tools among riders and merchants. Report technical issues and coordinate with IT for quick resolution. Manage operating budgets, vendor contracts, and rider incentive programs. Balance cost efficiency with service quality. Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management. Implement safety standards for riders and customers. Develop contingency plans for service disruptions (e.g., weather, internet outages).
