Planning and coordination administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes. Allocate new employees’ office space necessary office material. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. Manage inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons. Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments. Manage and oversee ferry ways. To set up car rental and contract process Manage and oversee admin assistant and executive jobs. Oversee daily delivery operations across Yangon and other major cities. Supervise driver networks, merchant partners, and customer support teams. Monitor KPIs such as delivery time, order accuracy, and customer ratings. Identify bottlenecks in local delivery workflows (traffic, rider availability, payment delays) and implement solutions. Develop SOPs tailored to market conditions and customer expectations. Use data analytics to improve service reliability and reduce operational costs. Recruit, train, and manage operations staff and delivery riders. Work closely with product teams to enhance app features for users (e.g., mobile payment integration, GPS accuracy). Ensure smooth adoption of digital tools among riders and merchants. Report technical issues and coordinate with IT for quick resolution. Manage operating budgets, vendor contracts, and rider incentive programs. Balance cost efficiency with service quality. Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management. Implement safety standards for riders and customers. Develop contingency plans for service disruptions (e.g., weather, internet outages).
