Analyze operational data and implement service improvements Develop driver engagement and retention programs Monitor customer complaints and service quality metrics Spervise Operations Executives, Dispath Supervisors, and Customer service Staff. Set KPIs and performance targets for operational team To develop the suggestion plan and continuous improvement of Business Unit Review the Loyar operation process and expense. Monitior driver performance, attendance and compliance with company policy. Coordinate with fleet partners and vehicle owners when necessary.
