The B2B Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Business Development team to grow corporate partnerships and manage B2B accounts for the taxi service. This position involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, preparing proposals, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and onboarding new corporate clients (e.g., companies, hotels, events, government offices). Prepare and share quotations, proposals, service packages, and contracts with potential partners. Maintain and regularly update B2B client databases, agreements, and trip usage records. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicles and drivers are properly allocated for B2B bookings. Support the team in arranging client meetings, presentations, and partnership events. Follow up with corporate clients regarding service requirements, trip schedules, billing, and feedback. Monitor and track trip performance, service quality, and contract compliance for each B2B account. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly B2B activity and performance reports. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from existing and potential B2B clients. Provide administrative support to the Business Development team to ensure smooth execution of B2B activities.
