A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a creative agency or corporate in-house creative department. A strong and diverse Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, brand identity work, and high-level design execution. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition across both digital and print media. Ability to interpret and implement brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to keep the brand modern. Familiarity with the technical requirements for digital marketing (social media, web) and physical print production. Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics (After Effects), Video Editing (Premiere Pro), or UI/UX design is highly preferred.
Write "How-to" guides, crop-care tips, and technical articles regarding fertilizer usage (e.g., DAP, NPK) and agrichemical safety. Create catchy captions and engagement-focused posts for Facebook and LinkedIn to build our community of farmers and partners. Draft professional company announcements, newsletters, and website "About Us" or "Service" pages. Develop scripts for short educational videos or product demonstrations used in rural marketing. Write web content that is optimized for search engines to increase our digital visibility. Work closely with the Art Director to ensure that text and visuals align perfectly for marketing campaigns.
Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable. Maintain the General Ledger by recording daily business transactions. Ensure all vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal) are properly authorized and coded to the correct accounts. Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure internal records match bank statements. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Reconcile petty cash and employee expense claims. Assist with tax filings (Commercial Tax, Income Tax) and Social Security Board (SSB) payments if required. Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all financial documents, contracts, and invoices. Provide support during internal or external audits by retrieving requested documentation
