An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a creative agency or corporate in-house creative department.
  • A strong and diverse Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, brand identity work, and high-level design execution.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition across both digital and print media.

  • Ability to interpret and implement brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to keep the brand modern.

  • Familiarity with the technical requirements for digital marketing (social media, web) and physical print production.

  • Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics (After Effects), Video Editing (Premiere Pro), or UI/UX design is highly preferred.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field.
  • Ability to translate complex agricultural data (crop cycles, soil health, nutrient efficacy) into simple, persuasive visual stories.
  • Experience in developing high-visibility materials for rural environments, such as weather-resistant vinyl banners, experimental plot boards, and mobile-first educational content.
  • Ability to mentor and direct a team of junior designers, providing clear, constructive feedback to elevate their work.
  • Strong ability to brainstorm and develop original, strategic concepts that align with business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and "sell" creative ideas to stakeholders or clients.
  • Preferred who have previous experienced in fertilizer sector.
