Business Development & Commercial Support • Support execution of business development strategies for tower leasing, co-location, amendments, and renewals. • Assist in identifying new tenancy opportunities with mobile network operators (MNOs), ISPs, broadcasters, and emerging technology players. • Support preparation of commercial proposals, pricing models, and lease agreements. • Track opportunities, tenancy pipelines, and revenue forecasts using CRM and internal systems. Customer & Partner Coordination • Coordinate with telecom operators and key customers for site-related discussions, proposals, and follow-ups. • Support onboarding of new tenants, including documentation, approvals, and site readiness coordination. • Assist in managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and contract compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Site Acquisition, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to support deal execution. • Coordinate internal approvals related to pricing, amendments, power requirements, and structural capacity. • Ensure commercial commitments align with site availability, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements. Market & Data Analysis • Conduct market and competitor analysis related to tower tenancy, pricing, and industry trends. • Analyze tenancy ratios, churn, and revenue data to support strategic planning. • Prepare reports and presentations for management review. Process & Documentation • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, SLAs, and customer documentation. • Support standardization and improvement of business development and commercial processes. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in business development, commercial operations, or account management within a telecom tower company or telecom infrastructure sector. • Understanding of tower business models, co-location concepts, and lease structures. • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with MNOs and large enterprise telecom clients. • Knowledge of 4G/5G rollout requirements, power solutions, and structural engineering basics. • Exposure to contract negotiations and amendment management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Support contribution to tenancy additions and amendments. • Accuracy and timeliness of proposals, contracts, and reporting. • Effectiveness of coordination with internal and external stakeholders. • Improvement in tenancy ratios and revenue per site.
