Must have hands-on experience and understanding of Data Center operation, UPS & Electrical Robust System, CRAC Unit Cooling System, Monitoring System and IT infrastructure. Strong Project Management experience (prefer with PMP background). Capable of handling client communications, ensuring timely updates, and building long-term trust. Prepare and submit progress reports, project documentation, and dashboards for management and clients. Schedule and lead regular meetings with clients and internal teams to track milestone and resolve issues proactively. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendor partners to ensure on-time and quality project delivery. Manage project risks, resources and timelines while ensuring compliance with Native DC standards and safety policies. Strong Leadership and team management abilities.
