We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team and drive business growth at Myanmar Software Integrated Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

  • Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.

 

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

  • Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members for professional development.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into sales.

  • Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Performance Monitoring:

 

Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance.

  • Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.

 

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on market needs.

  • Adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the software industry.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
