Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy. Lead strategic planning, investment appraisal, and provide data-driven insights to guide major business decisions. Corporate Finance & Capital Management: Oversee all capital raising, funding strategies, treasure management, and banking relationships. Lead potential M&A, joint venture, or corporate restructuring activities. Financial Stewardship & Reporting: Ensure the integrity of all financial reporting, including timely and accurate consolidated financial statements. Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and ensure adherence to IFRS and local regulatory standards. Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a key spokesperson to investors, analysts, the Board of Directors, and financial partners. Prepare and present compelling financial narratives and performance updates. Risk, Governance & Compliance: Establish a robust enterprise risk management framework. Ensure full legal, regulatory, and tax compliance across all operations in Myanmar and for international trade activities. Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency across all financial processes, cost structures, and working capital management. Champion the implementation and optimization of financial systems (ERP) and digital transformation within finance. Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and business partnership.
Lead Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with IFRS. Manage the full consolidation process, including inter-company eliminations, foreign currency translation, and equity accounting. Develop insightful management reports, board presentations, and KPI dashboards to communicate financial performance. Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Partner with business leaders to analyze variances, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency. Implement robust cost control measures and manage working capital to optimize cash flow. System Implementation & Management: Act as the primary finance owner for our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and optimizing financial modules. Identify and lead initiatives to automate processes, improve reporting capabilities, and enhance system functionality. Ensure Controls & Compliance: Maintain and strengthen the internal control environment to safeguard assets and ensure reporting accuracy. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements. Serve as the main liaison for external auditors, facilitating a smooth audit process.

Key Responsibilities: Market Intelligence & Opportunity Pipeline: Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our market reach. Conduct in-depth market analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs. Monitor and interpret changes in government policies, procedures, and regulations, assessing their impact on our business and opportunities.
