Are you a strategic thinker passionate about driving growth in the vital agribusiness sector? We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Development Executive to play a key role in expanding our market presence in seeds and agrochemicals. You will be at the forefront of identifying new opportunities, shaping strategies, and building partnerships that fuel our mission. 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Pipeline:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our market reach. 
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in government policies, procedures, and regulations, assessing their impact on our business and opportunities. 

Strategy & Proposal Development:

  • Assist in formulating and executing business development strategies and action plans. 
  • Develop compelling partnership proposals, presentations, and business cases. 
  • Support feasibility assessments and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to senior management. 

Collaboration & Relationship Management:

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align and drive growth initiatives. 
  • Coordinate business development projects from planning through execution. 
  • Support relationship management with existing partners by coordinating engagements and ensuring follow-through. 

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare professional reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Maintain a systematic record of leads, partnership progress, and business development activities.

Job Requirements

  • Master'ss degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, or a related field is a must.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or market research. 
  • Strong analytical sills with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience crafting proposals and reports. 
  • Proficiency in English Language is a must. 
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
