Develop and implement complex financial models, forecasts, and strategies to evaluate investment opportunities and ensure robust financial performance. Provide advice on funding strategies, including equity and debt raising, to optimize capital structure and maximize investment returns. Act as a primary liaison between internal teams, external investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Advise senior leadership on financial performance, project progress, and potential risks, offering data-driven insights and recommendations. Review and structure project financing agreements, negotiate terms with banks and investors, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Prepare and present detailed financial reports, budgets, and investment plans for the Finance Head. Prepare full set of account and taxation matter Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
