Perform management accounting report and conduct comprehensive financial analyses. Assist in preparation report for the financial statements and summarizing key findings and recommendations. Manage the reporting process and financial information provided to management are both timely and accurate. Job Summary Responsible for managing activities that are part of the delivery of good and services, to specified levels of time, budget and quality. Direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, planning, unroll, performance improvement and operations strategy. Responsibilities: Operate in a professional manner in accordance with the Ninja Quality Management System, the main responsibilities are following, but not limited to: Lead team to achieve short- and long-term goals and objectives, support our field logistics operations and drive continuous improvement of current operations strategy and utilization of resources and assets. Root cause analysis and problem solving for both tactical response and strategic initiatives. Critical thinking-ability to brainstorm on complex problems and leverage thought leadership to provide solutions. Identify appropriate performance metrics for each program and ensure consistent measurement and accountability. Responsible for driving performance in key metrics such as safety, on-time delivery/pick up, and compliance. Collaborating on the design, development, and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses. Participate and support the special project in perception of operations. Plan manpower and resources for demands or workloads targeted and emerged. Monitor, follow up and take corrective, decisive actions proactively for issues occurred within units and parties. Liaise with BD and admin for new stations added to NVM’s network. Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to top management. Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents. Arranges travel and accommodations for business trip of management. Schedules and attends meetings with management, taking notes and recording minutes. Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of management, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate person. Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Handle day-to-day finance functions and responsible to be in-charge of banking & cash handling transactions. Complete all treasury transactions in time and supervise the team to well preform the functions efficiently. Check the payment voucher and official receipt after ensuring each of the Payment Request and related receipt documents has been completed with all the necessary information, supporting documents, and required signatories. Check all cash and bank accounts of companies including the digital wallets and Merchants transactions. Perform banking documentation processes for opening and closing for the bank account, ibanking, and other bank related matters. Check and prepare ibanking transactions for shippers’ remittances and suppliers’ payments. Manage daily deposits and check reconciliation by timely manner before the cutoff timeline. Prepare cash payment forecast to ensure sufficient cash for payment release and providing timely and accurate management information Communicate with all stakeholders, bankers and dedicated contact point to support businesses on treasury function. Monitor daily cash balances report at each location and check any discrepancies by daily basis. Assist with the month-end process if necessary, including the cash & bank reconciliation. Coordinate with team members to complete assigned any tasks within deadlines Prepare ad-hoc reports and/or tasks as requested by management.
Perform day-to-day accounting, banking reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in transactional records. Check and entry data into SAP system for departmental advances and claims. Prepare Journal entries and check the general ledger account to trial balance. Perform bank reconciliation of receipts & payments and check the bank balances. Checking the documents are attached with payment vouchers and expenses to ensure accuracy of transactions. Check pending clearance against the advances & pending suppliers’ bill. Assist with conducting inventory management and cash physical checkup by weekly basis. Assist with collecting and analyzing data about company’s operational cost. Assist with monthly financial report preparations (Profit or Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Check station petty cash and bus gate payments by time line. Perfom other accounting duties and supporting team as required or assigned Prepare ad-hoc reports and/or tasks as requested by management.
