✔ Operations & Station Management Oversee daily station operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and service quality. Manage manpower allocation, parcel flow, sorting accuracy, and dispatch efficiency. Coordinate seamlessly between station teams, bus gates, linehaul, and cross-functional departments.
