Procure vehicles, whether through lease, purchase, or other means, according to company requirements Register, obtain licenses, and insure the company’s vehicles Hire well-performing drivers, and monitor their attendance and behavior. Partner with reputable repair and maintenance shops in favorable locations Oversee and schedule vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing to minimize downtime Maintain all vehicle information and inspection records Develop schedules and routes, and ensure that drivers follow their designated working hours Reduce unnecessary expenses and increase fuel efficiency Support in addressing any queries, accidents, reports with related to the Fleet trucks. The Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing warehousing operations in Mandalay hub, and accountable for overall warehouse operational performance and improving performance over time. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end warehousing operations, ensuring that the warehouse runs smoothly night operation and day recovery operation by supervising, organizing, directing, and training team of warehouse associates. Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by managing end-to-end warehouse operations processes (Inbound/ Sorting/ Outbound/ Recovery/ Special fulfillment). Monitor and review workflow, manpower and facility requirements, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
