Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side applications using Node.js. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. Implement APIs to support front-end and mobile application requirements. Design and optimize application architecture for performance and scalability. Collaborate with front-end developers and project managers to define project specifications. Ensure high-quality performance, security, and maintainability of code. Integrate data storage solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Redis). Troubleshoot and debug production issues promptly. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment processes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and applications.
Make outbound phone calls, tele sales per day and customer site visits weekly. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking. Assist senior sales members in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts. Arranging and Attending the customers meeting and presenting the services in customer meeting, meeting minutes. To achieve company revenue targets. Follow up with potential clients to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between clients and senior sales representatives. Cooperate with an Internal team such as Assistant Manager, Manager let to know the customer detailscontact and address. Must know the customers to investigate purchasing plan, procurement steps. Arranging meetings with potential customers for technical detail and then negotiation with HOD to dealclosely with customers. Preparing the customer Quotation, SO Form , follow up for Invoice case and payment with Internal team. Stay updated on the company’s software products, features, and value propositions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for review by management.
