Set Up daily sales order delivery plans or roasters(schedules) of sales team and Supervisors. Keep tracking the inventory of sales tools and assets of sale operation. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight Supervise and monitor all production line activities to meet daily output, efficiency, and quality targets. Implement production plans and ensure shift schedules are met. Participate in regular safety audits and corrective actions. Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution. Ensure operators follow proper machine operating procedures. Minimize downtime by proactive communication and escalation. Reporting and Continuous Improvement Prepare daily production reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in Kaizen/Lean improvement projects to optimize performance and reduce waste. Support new product trials and process validation runs.
