Otsuka Myanmar Factory Co., Ltd., located in the Thilawa Special Economic Zone (Zone A), is currently hiring for the position of IT Executive . Responsibilities 1. IT Operations & Support Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. Ensure business applications (ERP, POS, inventory, and sales software) run smoothly. Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, servers, licenses). 2. Infrastructure & Network Management Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and VPN connectivity across office and factory sites. Coordinate with vendors/ISPs for uptime and troubleshooting. Setup & configure firewall, switches, VPN and security appliances for business continuity. Familiar with Window Servers and must be able to handle VMs. Office Network setup define VLANs, routing & switching is must. Enforce segmentation, zero-trust principles, and secure remote access. Conduct security audits and compliance checks (ISO, SOC, internal policies). 3. Systems & Applications Assist in user account creation, access control, and Active Directory/Office 365 management. Provide first-level support for ERP, warehouse management, and sales reporting systems. Support integration of IT systems with FMCG-specific applications (e.g., distribution management systems). 4. IT Security & Compliance Ensure endpoint security and antivirus are updated. Enforce IT policies for data protection and acceptable use. Conduct periodic backup and recovery tests for critical business data. 5. Projects & Process Improvements Assist in IT-related projects (system upgrades, new software rollout, factory automation). Identify opportunities to improve efficiency with technology. Support digital initiatives for sales and supply chain automation.

Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of sales-focused operational schedules and ensure alignment with company targets. Review and compile Daily, Weekly, and Monthly operational reports and present insights to Management. Lead the General Trade Supervisors and Sales Teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, operational discipline, and performance standards. Key Purpose: To develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that support business objectives. To foster a high performing, engaged, and compliant workforce. To lead the HR team and ensure effective delivery of HR services across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Otsuka Myanmar’s business objectives and corporate culture. Advise and partner with senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning. Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture, engagement, and employee satisfaction. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of key talent across the organization. Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and career development plans. Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs to build organizational capabilities. Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to retain top talent and maintain competitiveness. Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, internal policies, and global HR standards. For Supervisor, Monitor in-process and final product quality. Implement QC procedures per company and regulatory standards. Support root cause analysis and CAPA execution. Coordinate with Production and R&D for quality consistency. Handle daily technical troubleshooting and ensure GMP, ISO, and safety compliance. Supervise and train QC/OA staff on inspection standards. For Leader, Lead overall QC/QA and Technical operations. Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Manage CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives. Submit operational or sale promotional idea proposals to Management Responsible for each supervisor’s daily sales planning to achieve the monthly and weekly sales targets and KPI. Set Up daily sales order delivery plans or roasters(schedules) of sales team and Supervisors. Keep tracking the inventory of sales tools and assets of sale operation.
