Responsible for administrative service in Otsuka Myanmar Co.,Ltd. Including office operation, property management, safety and other services. Manage office supplies stock record and place orders. Manage external phone calls and emails. Purchase the materials supply to organization. Build one professional and stable administrative service team that is efficient and result driven to execute assigned tasks and achieve corresponding KPIs at the end of each month. Event organization, such as Annual Meeting and teambuilding activities. Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of office processes and systems. Handling the payment request and follow up. Must be maintenance of Office Assets and keep record. Maintaining the documentation of the administrative process. Prepare regular reports on materials usage and petrol usage for car and generator. Follow the instruction and handle other Admin tasks depend on situation.

Ensure collection on time due to customers. To Prepare the way to plan and check with a senior accountant to collect credit customers who have due payment. Ensure to delivery of form 31 to the modern trade outlet after checking with the senior accountant. Assists the accounts team in any filed work. Good knowledge of Billing and collections procedures
Ensure of sales income reconcile with sales invoice every day. Ensure pricing is correct Handle all cash transactions at Branch Count money in safe at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change Ensure of petty cash payment by approval. Prepare petty cash register book every day. Ensure of deposit to the bank after checking with senior accountant. Assists the accounts team in any field work.
To Check and verify daily received from customers at branch with sale vouchers / invoice To Prepare Sale report and stock report with daily basic. To Prepare and check all debtors balance with daily basic. To Ensure customers' payment are made in a timely manner To Maintain and reconcile Branch's Cash Balance To Prepare the Branch's cash book and enter all related payments/receipts.
