IT Operations & Support Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. Ensure business applications (ERP, POS, inventory, and sales software) run smoothly. Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, servers, licenses). 2. Infrastructure & Network Management Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and VPN connectivity across office and factory sites. Coordinate with vendors/ISPs for uptime and troubleshooting. Setup & configure firewall, switches, VPN and security appliances for business continuity.
