Otsuka Myanmar Factory Co., Ltd., located in the Thilawa Special Economic Zone (Zone A), is currently hiring for the position of IT Executive.

Responsibilities

1. IT Operations & Support

1. Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
3. Ensure business applications (ERP, POS, inventory, and sales software) run smoothly.
4. Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, servers, licenses).

2. Infrastructure & Network Management

1. Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and VPN connectivity across office and factory sites.
2. Coordinate with vendors/ISPs for uptime and troubleshooting.
3. Setup & configure firewall, switches, VPN and security appliances for business continuity.
4. Familiar with Window Servers and must be able to handle VMs.
5. Office Network setup define VLANs, routing & switching is must.
6. Enforce segmentation, zero-trust principles, and secure remote access.
7. Conduct security audits and compliance checks (ISO, SOC, internal policies).

3. Systems & Applications

1. Assist in user account creation, access control, and Active Directory/Office 365 management.
2. Provide first-level support for ERP, warehouse management, and sales reporting systems.
3. Support integration of IT systems with FMCG-specific applications (e.g., distribution management systems).

4. IT Security & Compliance

1. Ensure endpoint security and antivirus are updated.
2. Enforce IT policies for data protection and acceptable use.
3. Conduct periodic backup and recovery tests for critical business data.

5. Projects & Process Improvements

1. Assist in IT-related projects (system upgrades, new software rollout, factory automation).
2. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency with technology.
3. Support digital initiatives for sales and supply chain automation.

• 5-7 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration (FMCG/Manufacturing experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 is preferred.
• Hands on Experience with networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and endpoint security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with FMCG processes (sales distribution, inventory, supply chain) is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
